Interesting, as bad as the report seems -generally speaking-, there is no -SPECIFIC- mention of Rape and Other Sexual Assaults in the Highlights. Also, on pg-10 (PDF) Table-13 shows that both Rape and Other Sexual Assaults have come down about 50% since 1993.
