Subject: FAC: CALL TO ACTION!! Court Case regarding a county ordinance based upon constitutionality, legal merit, and fundamental impedance upon parental legal rights.

Dear Warriors,

We have a “call to action” to assist a member in this request with a case that will be taking a county ordinance (in a particular county of Florida) to trial based upon constitutionality, legal merit, and fundamental impedance upon parental legal rights. This will have the potential for possibly changing ordinances all across the state and will possibly make a direct impact politically about the unlawful and abhorrent stigmata attached to one time offenders and their families.

Please send a email to info@floridaactioncommittee.org dealing with your thoughts about the sex offender issue that has effected the constitutionality, legal merit, and fundamental impedance of your parental legal rights. Remember to express these letters in a positive manner.

I will then print them out and deliver them so he can present them to the Judge when scheduled.

These letters should be emailed to info@floridaactioncommittee.org no later than Tuesday, FEB 7th.

"When an American says that he loves his country, he means not only that he loves the New England hills, the prairies glistening in the sun, the wide and rising plains, the great mountains, and the sea. He means that he loves an inner air, an inner light in which freedom lives and in which a man can draw the breath of self-respect."
~Adlia Stevenson U.S. Vice President (1893–1897) and Congressman (1879–1881)

I'd like more information about the case in order to make a judgement to support it or not. What are the circumstances surrounding the case. Was he wrongfully punished? Was there a major age gap? Did the other party object, or was it the parents and what was the age of the minor and circumstances involved? Which of his rights have been violated and how? Did the original case have merit? What were the restrictions and the limits of those restrictions?

Does it have the potential to impose or relax restrictions? If to impose, is it based on crime or morals? If to restrict, based on what? How will the restrictions be dealt across the board? How are those restrictions applied and why? Information please!

I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and say they're talking about "Jessica's Law." Look it up.
