Why do "officers need to know there's a possible sex offender there"?  Why are people being flagged for something they might be, even if they never have been.  And even if they have been in the past it doesn't mean they still are.  At least 90% of all sex offenses are committed by people who have no past record of such offenses and very few who do have such a record ever reoffend once caught, but the government wants to focus your attention on people who are most likely never going to commit an offense.  And now people are forever flagged just because someone with a record happens to be in their neighborhood?  This is insanity!  Stop the madness!

Don't think registries affect you because you're not a sex offender? Think again!
